Each session begins with a conversation — a space to share what you’re carrying, what you’re seeking, or simply what feels present for you right now. From this, we identify the frequency that meets you where you are. You then receive a guided meditation using that specific frequency — drawn from field recordings of ancient Egyptian sacred sites and composed sound environments — allowing your nervous system to settle, release, and receive. The session closes with a reflective conversation about what emerged during the journey, and one to three simple practices to carry the experience forward into your daily life. No prior experience with sound or meditation is needed. You only need to arrive as you are.
